What is the oldest comic in your collection?

I used to have a Famous Funnies #2 (September 1934) but I sold it.

I believe I have one from 1833 but I don't think I have an image so 1858 will have to do for now.

I have a Funnies on Parade, but no scan handy, which is the 1st modern comic book and published in 1933. This second modern comic book came soon after.

Originally published in 1833 in France, this later edition from 1861 is still a beautiful example of early comic books, and also reveals that the United States was not alone in creating the industry.

That's a beautiful comic. The problem I have with most 1930s books is that the cover art just isn't that attractive, so even if you find them in high grade by some fluke they usually don't have the visual appeal that to me makes the difference between liking a comic and being willing to compete for it. This copy is an unusually pretty example from the period.
