Exhibitors/Press badge and exclusives

Should exhibitors be allowed to get exclusives ahead of the general public.

The first 50 people in my line all had exhibitor badges. I'm guessing they did this each day and it's all going straight to Ebay.

 

Work your booth and get the hell out of my line!

Not opining one way or the other, but I would venture that most of those people aren't actually "working" that booth for which they're wearing a badge.

I've always liked the idea of releasing X copies of an exclusive every hour which keeps people coming back and forth to your booth, and doesn't give too many people an unfair advantage. People can wait in line if they like, but it'll cost them lots of time. And if they want it that bad, then they earned it.

I think most folks working the booths are too busy to stand in line for a comic book. Lot's of folks get in with exhibitor badges as a token of appreciation from the vendor.
