I have negotiated a deal to buy a comic (low value but one I want for my collection) but the storeholder wont ship outside of Germany despite originally saying he would.

I am looking for someone in Germany that I can get him to send it to, and then send to me.

 

1) I will pay all costs to buy and send comic to German based board member

 

2) Feel free to open it to put your mind at rest there is nothing dodgy inside.

 

3) I will pay all costs in advance prior to sending the comic to me - and enough to have a stein or two on me!

 

I need to know fairly quickly as I may lose the comic - as I say,its not valuable but a variant I wanted to complete a set.
