Does the Collector's Society discount apply to SS submissions?

I normally receive a 10% discount on submission based on my Collector's Society membership. Do I also get a 10% discount for Signature Series submissions if I submit from my own account through a facilitator? If so, how do I account for the discount when completing the forms?
