Anyone else having trouble with iPhone app. for ebay?

I hate eBay. I'm not alone. Like CGC, they're the only game in town, so the customers take it in the . Regardless, I keep getting the screen below, and eBay can't even tell me how to fix their own app.! Useless. Has anyone had this screen come up when you're looking at items on your iphone, and if so, how did you fix it?

I have never seen that error but have experienced 'phantom bids' where I will get an alert that a bid was made on something I am selling and will go to check on it and there is no bid. I try to avoid the app unless I am researching something on the go.

 

Did you try the regular, delete the app and re-install it after completely shutting off the phone?

Yep. Did it twice. I never sell on the iPhone. Too risky.

Ok. Just had to ask. I just use the app to view my auctions and how they are going when on the go.

Yes. The problem is that it's not showing enough of my listings as sold.
