Fables #6 RRP grade.

Hey guys and gals, my first post here. I've been collecting for a few months now, and my favorite book is Fables. I own all the issues and almost all the variations. I recently acquired a copy of the RRP variant for Fables #6. I have guesstimated the quality at somewhere between a 7.0 and an 8.5, but I am having trouble with particular flaw, namely how much to detract for it. Think you guys (and gals) can lend a hand?

It isn't a hole in the cover, just some minor peeling.

I should specify. I'm not looking for a grade of the actual book, seeing as I don't have a scanner, or even a high quality camera. Rather, I'm interested in knowing what exactly this flaw is and how it detracts from the grade overall. Thanks.

Somebody got tape stuck on it removing the comic. When they tried to remove, it pealed off part of the comic.

By the by, any idea how CGC downgrades for this?
