Happy and Peppy and Bursting with Funnybooks

25 posts in this topic

Okay, so maybe not bursting, more like a small smattering that's all over the map.

Sales details:

I can ship up to 3-4 books in the Priority Envelope for $5.00; boxed a little higher and at cost (starting at $5-$7) and will cheerfully consider other options if you want to keep the costs down. PM for international shipping quotes or questions.

As usual, drop the :takeit: if you'd like the book in the thread or via PM. In the event more than one person would like a book, the first :takeit: by timestamp gets it regardless whether via PM or in the thread. Payment is expected within 7 days of invoice; payment accepted via PayPal; checks or postal money orders are fine, too. And of course, if you're not happy, return the books for your money back.

Happy and Peppy? I thought thread was about Ironman books. doh!

Some people run sales threads with Paul McCartney in their heads, others with Tony Randall. :insane:

I do have some IMs, but none this time around.

Strange Tales #89, 4.0 stacking curl/roll/bend at lower spine, slight tanning halo, very small dots of rust on centerfold staples. First appearance of Fing Fang Foom, but I'll bet you all knew that. NLFS.

Strange Tales #97,upper spine split down to top staple, stacking curl/roll/bend on bottom half of book, ws lower left, doesn't smell as fresh as it could, minute rust on centerfold staple, $60. A cool Kirby and Ditko cover, stories, plus the first appearance of Aunt May and Uncle Ben, or their alledged prototypes. :o
