Hard to say with that bottom corner.. 8.0 maybe without that chip, I think it brings it down to a 5 maybe... I'm not really good with chips and their grades.

How much would that chip lower the grade? Book looks like 7.0-8.0 until you get down to the chip.

I'm with giving the book a 5.0. The corner and the small chip on the BC.

4.5 "allows" only a 1/8" triangle or a 1/16" square and 5.0 + "allows" for none. This one appears to be a 1/4" triangle. There is also what appears to be a 1/4-1/2" tear on the top BC. + the roll + edge stress on the top FC + shadow (and stress line?) on the top BC + spine stress on the center BC and at the BC staples . I'll stay at 4.0

5.0. I think it presents too well for a 4.0 or 4.5. That supposedly doesn't come into play in their strict grading system, but I kind of think it does.
