2) Shipping and insurance is on my dime within the US. Not looking to ship international but I will if you'll cover shipping. I will also deliver in Chicago if anyone is going to attend.

3) Paypal, check or money order. Discount for using something other than Paypal. Time payments are available. PM to work out the details.

4) No cheap arses who don't pay others. Your money isn't good here.

 

*Note* I just got this book yesterday and have not had time to scan it. I will accept the conditional pending scans. If more than one party is interested, then we'll start a list based on the conditional signs in the thread. PMs do not count for this.
