Appears to be trimmed on the top. Will this hurt the grading? I looked under the Green Label explanation in the Grading Comics section, but if it is trimmed it doesn't affect the story which would be an automatic green label. Would this warrant a green label?

 

It appears to be a 9.0 or so.

Isn't trimming restoration? Wouldn't that be a purple label?

If it is simply a case of the cover not getting into the ideal location when it was cut in production - it doesn't really take away from the grade unless you are looking at really high numbers like 9.9. I believe this would still considered a mis-wrap. Trimmed is when the book has deliberately had an edge of it cut off so it looks sharper and straighter. Either way I think you are correct in the 9.0 range - Kinda hard to tell in detail from the scan.
