Checking out Topnotch the other night, and found this..

 

Couldn't believe how cheap they had it listed for. Maybe they couldn't push it at the price it was previously. I really wasn't looking for turtles, but when I seen the price at $29.00 I was just "yeah, that's a fare price!" Really like the cover also. I'm very happy with this buy. This hobby is expensive enough!

...and it has Cerebus too. I love cheap finds like what you found. I might not have placed a bid myself on the TMNT, they were never my favorite, but I have won books through auctions for only $16 a piece. Great find and I hope you find more of them too.
