Last time I owned one, top dollar was $150 to get one off the wall. I don't understand why I actually want to sell. The quick flip adds bullets to my gun I guess.

I fully understand you. I prefer a well-centered/cut book in Fine condition rather than a book presented in NM with all kind of bindery/stapling defects. White on the spine is downright ugly, in almost every case…
