That wavy top corner needs a press, 5.5. 6.0 with a little bit of T.L.C.

Again I'm going to be the high grader. Everytime I see this issue the whites look awful. These whites pop. The defects on this scan look completely fixable with cleaning and pressing.

Perhaps, but I wouldn't give that grade before the work was done.

I think the book as is looks to be a 5.0-5.5
