I have the opportunity to have this signed by three or four creators next weekend in Baltimore - the question is - is it worth having Stan sign it? Larry Hama will be there, as will Herb Trimpe and Bob McLeod.

 

I think it's a pretty nice copy - what say you guys?

Thanks. This is the book that got me into this crazy hobby. Well - not this exact copy. The first one I had was the huge Treasury Edition and I carted it with me everywhere.

There seems to be some kind of break in the color just to the left the words "Blockbuster 1st Issue". Is that on the book? Also on the BC above the staple, is that a small stress crease?

Nothing on the front there - must be dust on the scanner. The back does have a bump on the spine above the staple.

Upon further inspection, I count about 5 or 6 similar "bumps" on the spine

 

I'd have to say 9.4
