Not a book you find for sale very often in any grade. I doubt this one will last long.

I sold a 9.0 on ebay for $455 - which I thought was a slight gift grade as I had it at 8.0/8.5 due to the bottom right crease.

 

This one for $650 is probably $50-$100 too cheap - therefore a good sale candidate here on the boards.
