9.2 (thumbs u Nice book!

 

One of the greatest stories / endings

at that time of someone close to Spidey

revealing that they knew........all along who he was!!!

Magic art by Gil Kane (penciling,) John Romita (inking) and writing by Stan Lee! It really doesn't get much better than that!

 

Damn, they just don't make comic books like this anymore. No wonder I always find myself delving into the stacks of "reader" copies I have here.

 

I have about 400+ reader copies of virtually every Marvel Bronze Age title from 1970 to 1976. Cost me a pretty penny to have them shipped from the USA to here in Bangkok, but damn glad I did it!

If I can score a 9.2 with CGC for this "key," I will be thrilled! :cloud9:

After a visit to Joey, there is no reason that book can't be at least 9.2. 2c

 

Not sure I will avail myself to Joey on this one. I've seen comic books with way more filth/dirt on the back cover get 9.2s and 9.4s.

 

I guess it depends if I want to roll the dice and see if CGC will cripple the book's grade badly or not because of this imperfection. wink_emoticon.jpg
