Opinions on "The Goblin's Den"?

Has anyone dealt with "The Goblin's Den"? I think they're out of Toronto. They used to advertise regularly in the CBG, and were one of the few dealers that advertised a good inventory of late 60's/early 70's DC's. I know I've purchased from them before and don't recall having any problems, thought their grading was fair, but it's been a while.

I bought from and sold to Roy before CGC and never had a problem. If I did not agree with his grade, he gave me a full refund.

I've bought from them, and they've always been fair. A little pricey, but that's OK. High grade stuff.

I haven't bought from them myself, but I've had four other high-grade guys tell me that he's an incredible seller. I talked to Roy on the phone a month ago and he seemed extremely friendly.

I sold him 2 ASM #42 nm & nm+. He paid top $$ for raw ASM 8 yrs ago.

roy's a nice guy, i sold him raw books before that he won on eBay, too bad he got ripped off by a certain member on these forums before.
