Pedigree Comics’ September Grand Auction is only 2 days away!! Slated to begin on Saturday night, September 22nd, 2012 and last for ten (10) days until the evening of Tuesday, October 2nd, this live, online event is shaping up to be our best auction of the year and will have over 500 choice high grade CGC certified Marvels and DC’s from the Silver and Bronze Ages, including many key and first appearance issues, plus books from many other genres and publishers. There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and almost EVERY book (over 95%) will be listed without a reserve. Each book is CGC graded and the minimum bid is only $100. The focus of this article is the fabulous ultra high grade Amazing Spider-Man group that we just received on consignment. The run comes from a high grade collection out of Green Bay, Wisconisin and features 18 issues from the Silver Age and 4 from the Bronze Age. Almost every single issue is a 9.4 (18 out of 22) and half have white pages with the other half off-white to white. The consignor is an incredibly picky collector who only buys books with outstanding page quality and perfect centering and cover alignment. There are some outstanding books to chose from in this run.
