Yes, he lost the court case but he did not lose the rights to Miracleman. Neil Gaiman is just owed royalties on his Spawn characters. Miracleman was involved because I believe that supposedly Neil and Todd came to a seperate agreement in the past for Neil to drop the other case in exchange for the rights to Miracleman.

Whatever the outcome, I hope I can finally get rid of all these Miracleman comics I have. I mean I really have a bunch..... I was a hoarder back in the day!
