Looks really nice but the scan is cropped too close to get a good idea of spine condition, without that I'd be afraid to venture a grade, BC would be needed too.

 

But if I didn't care about those things and you had a gun to my head I'd say; don't shoot Mr.! Then I'd guess 6.5/7.0 as is.
