Depending on how actually flat lies the cover I would say a solid VF 8.0.

Thanks. i have it at about an 8.0 but really have a hard time with whats what on a square bound book. I'll let you all know when i get it back.

These are the things that confound me Sulfer. not particularly on this book but just in general. Bumps from staples in the front cover, what is considered spine roll and/or off centering of the cover, what is a bindery tear near the top or bottom spine and what is not. overall the books even in great shape just don't seem to be as "tight as a nice regular size book.
