you should subscribe to gpanalysis.com, it's a site that tracks all CGC comic sales. according to this site in the last 12 months justice league of america #1 in cgc grade 4.0 has sold 6 times for an average of $839. That's a small sample size but that gives you an idea of how $730 stands.

 

comicpriceguide.com which is a free price website lists that comic graded in 4.0 to be valued at $1260 but their prices tend to be fairly inflated.

One other thing......look at the prices for similar keys from the period and ask yourself, " does this have room for growth ?"....... @ $ 750, you can get a ragged ugly Avengers 1.....maybe a DD 1, but an ASM 1, Hulk 1, FF 1, or AF 15 ?.......you probably couldn't get one of them with ALL the pages for $ 750....GOD BLESS...
