Ultimate spider-man adventures #1 question.

I recently was in an LCS of mine a saw copies of the newer Ultimate Spider-Man #1 which is based off the cartoon I assume. My question though is this, has anyone else seen the two different sizes??? They had copies of #1 that were normal modern comic size, and others that were more of an ashcan size. I don't know if there is much of a difference but I don't see any of the ashcan size ones on ebay unless they are just not being solicited as such.
