These books are very tough in any grade, especially the #78. This example I am offering is the 2nd Highest CGC grade.

The #95 is a solid 8.0 but received a 6.0, take a look at front and back scans yourself on my bay page. No hidden tears, etc, just a very, very harsh grade.

#74 and #78, besides being scarce, have extremely fantastic cover graphics.
