I'd say so, but it depends on what you want.

Id grade it to resell it most likely

If it's for selling I’d say having it professionally graded is a warranty, although if you rely on good advice from experts or trained fellow collectors you can sell it raw as well.

 

If covers lies flat, VF+ 8.5, otherwise VF 8.0.

But please, flatten that low right corner mini-crease, aww, it makes me cringe!
