That was only one wall of three, by the way!

After going around the floor for a bit, I came back here and picked up a book that has been on my list for awhile!

I bought this from Roy and was very pleased to finally have a nice looking copy! Thank again! :)

Finally, (well for tonight at least) I'd have to say the highlight of my day was meeting Ramona Fradon!

She's 86 years old and was born in 1926.

She pretty much got into comics in the mid 50's drawing Aquaman in Adventure Comics and co-creating Aqualad.

When I went up to her table she was sitting by herself sketching away at a sheet of paper with a HB pencil while using her finger to smudge away to create tone.

She was working on a House of Mystery Halloween cover and she had the logo nailed perfectly and the drawing was terrific!

I bought a sketch off her table and talked briefly with her.

I hope I'm able to get a few more pieces from her as she's truly a gem from the Golden/Silver age of comics! :)

Well almost.

Ended up going to TGI Fridays in NJ on the way back home and had this interesting beer.

It's a 'blend' of Guiness and Blue Moon and to tell you the truth, it wasn't bad at all!
