Bah guess ill be in for it next year since I don't meet the 2011 requirement. :sorry:

If the signup date has any bend to it allowed dscott is a member who joined this year that has done nothing but contribute to these boards. He has established himself on these boards and can be highly trusted. But I understand if this is a rule that no exceptions are allowed.

(worship) if nothing else just put me down as a back up Santa. I'm fine with simply donating this year if that is ok? I understand the need for rules on threads like these.

I'm in. PM sent

Just hope I don't get paired up with Dimebag_D again like in 2010 :P

I usually get stuck with someone's wish list like...

Precode horror in VF or better.

or...

Low numbered Timelys. Specifically Schomburg covers.

or my favorite...

Pre-Robin Detectives. Condition doesn't matter as long as the cover isn't detached and there are no missing wraps. Oh, and no large creases.

Here's a hint for those signing up. Think about the price involved and create a list around it.

You might want to make a list of multiple different options, rather than something specific as in my examples above.

While I'd love to put a Marvel Comics #1 in someone's stocking, I'll go out on a limb and say it's probably not going to happen.

If your collecting focus is this narrow, you might want to pass on the gift exchange.

Just a thought. :foryou:

im also partial to gold ingots.

but siver also works.. Im not picky

Yeah. I'm probably going to get that one this year.

"I'm into gold. Not golden age comics. One ounce bars of gold." lol

I'd accept a 1 gram bar.

Your offer is a truly wonderful gesture, and will not be forgotten, however, I don't want to start making exceptions to this rule, for some and not others. Although you, and many other new members here, are great contributors to our boards, we'll just have to wait till next year to have you join in. (thumbs u

Greggy's junk :luhv:

Have you ever seen his junk? It's pretty sweet.

You really can't fathom the beauty of Greggy's junk until you're holding it in your hand and you feel the...majesty...radiating from it.

You don't hold Greggy's junk, it holds you.

Samuel once got his box filled with Greggy's junk. :cloud9:

That was a great movie...filled with Greggy's Junk

Do you think we'll have more people participating than last year HH?

No worries like I said I 100% understand the need for the rules in threads like these. I'm down to be a backup if you need one or to donate to the raffle as well if you need anything.
