WD 103 Variant, Catwoman #13, and...

Well original buyer bailed.... so up for sale again!

And adding Chew #29 Variant up for grabs as well .. ~$25 will add a picture tomorrow if really want a pic. The book though is perfect no spinal creases as many I'm starting see online.

Also I have 2 copies of Catwoman #13 ~ $12 each

And just to note: The price shipping (priority) is the flat rate envelope from USPS. If you have a problem with that then fork over 10.85 for the medium flat rate box.

Thanks!

It is my fault for not PMing you before posting an "ill take it" and asking you how you shipped. For that I apologize. :foryou:

In our PMs about shipping I just wasn't left feeling confident you could ship it to me safely. You mentioned that you haven't had much success with bubble wrap and it's my own fault for stereotyping you as a insufficiently_thoughtful_person once I realized you ship comics in envelopes. I'm sure you are fully capable of folding some books in bubblewrap and slipping them into a box and mailing it. It's just that I'm fatigued from buying and shipping back damaged books that were sandwiched in cardboard and slid into an envelope. I realize these aren't extremely rare high dollar books but these are collectables. It's nothing personal. I just don't agree with your philosophy on shipping.

Also, sneaking the paypal fees on me in the invoice and using an 11.00 box to ship two raw books just didn't jive with me. I felt like I was getting nickel and dimed, the total was over $25 dollars.

In the future I will try to calm my twitchy mouse finger down and ask questions before agreeing to buy something. Honestly, my bad. doh!

You know the post office has smaller Priority Mailing boxes (12x12x3) which fit raw perfectly. Shipping usually comes out to be around $8 mattering on the distance. I remember it was less than $9 to Hawaii. Just trying to be helpful. :)

Yea I've learned from ebay actually because I've had other mail me packages in bubble wrap and truthfully I never shipped any books like that until Jrdawg and a few others picked up the 5 copies of batman/batgirl for cover.

I prefer shipping in the flat rate envelopes because of their thickness as well as putting in two thick pieces of cardboard and taping them tight. The books inside do not move so no damage. The only other method I shipped was medium flat rate when there were a lot of boxes.

I'll check out those other boxes that lostpike and ramses717 mentioned. Anything to make it cheaper is great actually.

Now I just need to find good boxes to ship graded books...lol

Oh as for nickel and dime your invoice, sorry for adding the .42 cent from the paypal fees. But the only option to your boxes needs was the next size up or a regular packaging based on weight priority was a little over 9 dollars. Envelope priority was only 4.90. But hey this is suppose to be a for sale thread...haha
