Ebay/Board member that sells instant collections?

I cant find the post but isnt there a ebayer or board member that sells instant collections (copper/bronze I believe) on here? If I remember correctly, they may be the same seller that has the 18 wheeler trailers full of comics.

 

One of the stores around here wants to buy enough books to redo their back issue selection and I want to refer them to the board member.
