Thanks, I have never seen one before and I searched hundreds of books on ebay. None had just Cream.

Thanks guys, I have a grading contest going on and I was about to round up all the "Cream pages" to "Cream/off-white" because I have never seen Cream pages before.

 

Had I done this, there would have been a different winner.
