Batman #143 grading question.

Question, what kind of grade hit might this take for the comic stacking, transfer/pull, residue on the front and back cover, on this otherwise nice tight and glossy VF comic?

Don’t know. I just bought a Fantastic Four which would look like a 9.4/9.6 if not for a water damage on the back cover, and the seller sold it to me as a 4.0, it’s an awesome book and I don’t think it should rank so low.

So although your problem is different I think it would be unfair to grade it below a 6.5, maybe 7.0, it’s really a matter of personal preferences when damages are so unusual (mostly I don’t care about back covers as long as there are ads on them).

hmmm....tough one to grade since you also have a fading issue. I am guessing 6.0 max.

Ah, sorry, I though the color was off-balance because of the scan.

If it’s faded color, I guess that etanick is right.
