the swampthing is great. Do you think it would be possible to draw/color over the rotoworld logo w/o it showing through? this is a general question, not a recommendation to do so.

I would get some white paint and isolate that part only with correction tape,wait a day then draw over it,or do what I do and just black it out.

I felt the Iron Man today compared to the Swamp Thing at my LCS. Swamp Thing is better quality for sure.

Grabbed the GL #13 blank. Also saw Deadpool #1 blank and picked up one since I couldn't pass up the $2.99 price point in case I run into Liefeld or get one for Marat in the future.

The All-New X-Men and Thor blanks came out (Fantastic Four too? My LCS didn't have it). It feels like they changed the paper stock. It's less waxy compared to Deadpool and Ironman.

Yeah the Marvel blanks from today appear to be a lot better than the past few. I picked up a FF and Thor one and might go back for more.

Hopefully they stick with it for future blanks. Now they just need to get rid of that red banner and the Marvel Now! logo at the top.

Ok. So I bought a few of each of the new marvel blanks. I did some sketches on a few of them and I did notice that the Iron Man #1 took an hour to dry (regular india ink pens and copics) and the Fantastic Four #1 dried almost instantly. I have not tried the X-Men or Thor but will get to them eventually.

 

Example of an inked recreation I did today. Turned out decent and the inks took to it perfectly.

I really like the logo for the new Captain America but jesus that red border on the bottom and the placement of the actual logo is horrendous
