Brian Churilla is offering a deal now where if you commission him you will get a free page of original comic art with your commission. He's done a few commissions for me and I can vouch that he does excellent work.

So i write the guy and his reply starts with:

Eh, he's probably copying and pasting a lot of the same info into multiple replies and just messed up your name by accident. I've done a similar thing when e-mailing multiple artists about commissions on the same day. Brian's a good guy who's always come through for me, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I was half joking, half not. Just that a couple of incidents came to mind right away...

Or the very recent David Lapham thread

 

But sometimes patience is a virue...

 

Of course all is well that ends well. Some very nice Lapham sketches starting to pop up in that thread now and the cover recreation Bill Sienkiewicz ended up doing for the user was SICK

 

 

Anyway i hope Brian gets enough work so he can get that thingy-ma-jig
