please help ID a Green Lantern comic

I have been asked to id and hoefully locate a SA Green Lanten comic. I'm stumped so I'm appealing for help.

Here is what I'm looking for

A book from somewhere around 1966-69.No later than 71 anyway.

Most likely its a 25 cent giant

It contains a Sinestro story.and may have Sinestro's spirit trapped in an old taxi(ala My Mother the Car).Or its possible that Sinestro is in the lead story and there is a backup GA story with Allan Scotts sidekick Doiby and his old taxi.

This is a holy grail type of book for one of my clients who read it as a kid and now can't find it.

If I can get the issue number,I'm sure I can locate a copy. Thanks

I believe issue 52 had a story with Sinestro and a taxi.

Poor scan but it's the best I could find on eBay.

Yes, that's the one, I also remember that story. Kinda silly premise, but great solo Gil Kane art (pencils + inks).
