There is a small red mark under DD club on the top of the grave stone. Looks printing related to me but what would I know...

Looks pretty flawless, 9.4 and more but hard to tell from the scan.

Is there some minor spine non-breaking crease or does it lay flat?

Don’t know how much of it is allowed over NM+…

9.6 due to soft right corner, so close to a 9,8 though

tough to give 9.8 without the book in hands but 9.6 should be attainable at the least.

I realize it's probably magnified because of the HQ scan, but the BRFC is problematic for me. I'd call it a 9.4 while adding the qualifier that the corner probably looks a lot more blunted than it is.

I have checked other copies and that exact same mark on the grave stone is present which leads me to beleive it is production related.

You're right on how higher and lower grades seem easier, it's the middle grades, 5-7 that gets real tough.
