Ultimate Spider-Man # 9 Qualified CGC?

Hello,

 

I just received my recent batch of CGC comics. My ultimate spiderman #9 received a Qualified grade of 9.8. Does anyone have the background info on this issue? The note on the top states:

Manufacturing Error: Manufactured with fifth warp detached.

 

Can someone tell me what this means?

you should call cgc tomorrow and get the scoop.

It means one of the wraps (the centerfold is a wrap) isn't attached correctly.
