All I can say is that it is above a 9.6 in my personal opinion because i see no defects on the cover or back, but as grading is speculative that is why images were provided because do not want to be accussed of overgrading or undergrading.

What would you consider high resolution scans? I am asking because set my scanner to 1200 dpi and when the program (adobe) saves it as jpg it is over 15 mb and there is no site i can find that allows that image size.

Its going to be hard to see much of this cover on a scanner. I had a bunch of them and found the best way to show quality is a 8MP cam or higher and angle a light to catch the pics.
