I remember picking this one up from Vince Z. back in the pre-Metro days. The coloration on the bottom edge (which is a lot less noticeable in hand) is a printing issue. There's slight overhang on the right edge, which is what's going on in the lower right front corner.

Bottom left corners a little blunt and what ever is going on with the top BC. I'd say 9.2/9.4 very nice copy

9.0 as is...maybe 9.2 if you had the back cleaned

I don't think any of these responses are unreasonable. The truth is, if I submitted it, I really wouldn't be shocked by any result from 8.5 through 9.4. Unfortunately, CGC just doesn't have a lot of predictability at this point. I've seen 9.4's that are gorgeous, and also many more lately that look like garden variety VF's from two decades ago. C'est la vie.
