Please help which Razor 0 is the first print?

I was wondering which Razor 0 is the first print. Any comments would be helpful. Below are some links for 2 different versions. I've heard that the black version is the first print but I'm not sure how it looks like. If anyone has a first print scan please post it so I know what the first print of Razor 0 looks like. I really have no idea, but I noticed that the black one has a cover price, and the other doesn't.

 

Normally, first printings are for sale to the general public...

and "other" printings can be giveaways, incentives, etc. (no cover price needed).

 

EDIT:: Comic Cavalcade disagrees with me though...

I'd guess they are correct since there's such a price difference.

Wow I had no idea the mystery graphics is the first print. I totally thought it was the other way around. I'm glad I didn't plunk down hard earned money for a second print. Thanks valiantman. 1st-and-keys, I'd definitely like to check out the limited version.

Hello all!

 

In my research I found that there is a mysterious all black version that only had 300 printed. It came even before the Mystery Grafix green 0. In years of looking I have only spoken to one person who claimed to have a copy and the price, at the time, was $650.

Here is the one I spoke of earlier...according to the link in valiantman's post I was wrong about assuming that they all first printings. This copy is signed and came with the pic and small certificate.
