I read some where on Doug Sulipa comic world website (Canada) stating that DC Special Blue Ribbon Digest Series has a lower print runs from #20-24. I've notice DC Special Blue Ribbon Digest series are harder to find in high grade. I think CGC scores them higher in the registry than “Best of DC”.

Abosultly love this Joe Kuburt cover

 

Need pressing along the spine on front cover.

 

The reason put the grade from 9.4-9.8 because of back spine. It doesn’t look like a reading crease. It could be the way it was print out. Don’t know if CGC would count this as a printing defect. In my opinion… I would submit this in.
