The usual rules apply. No HOSers or Probation list members. To the best of my knowledge, this book has not been pressed or restored. This book can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the customer is dissatisfied in any way. Paypal is preferred. Shipping is free in the US, folks outside of the USA will pay the exact shipping charges.
