Drawing at #31, Sanj Mitra's third choice is still amazingly available:

 

71. Dave Stevens lot: donated by Senormac Dave Stevens Planet Comics poster. Measures 11 x 16 1/4 . Has pinholes at the corners, and is signed by Dave. If you're name is Mike then thats a bonus 4 Dave Stevens covers books, all in VF - NM

77. Avengers 101 in 8.0 - 8.5 . This is a Nik book. I'm not sure if Nik is the rabbi or not, but this is a book he picked out himself as being an exellent copy (so I was told) Received a few years ago from a fellow boardie. donated by Senormac
