Funny, this is the first Glenlivet that I've really enjoyed. It's a cracker though.

Tell me about it - an all time great. I can't remember the last time I didn't have a bottle of this on the go. I fall in and out of love with Ardbeg but Laphroaig never disappoints...

Yep, I'm all about the Islay. Try Bruichladdich if you fancy something different. Not peated but still powerful and recognisably Islay. The 10 is the first bottling entirely distilled, matured and bottled since the place reopened (as opposed to made from casks that were in situ at the time).
