In my copy of FAT and SLAT #1 the character "COMICS McCORMICK, The

Number One Comic Book Fan" helps out VOLTAGE," Man of Lightning" round

up a gang of black marketeers. Does anyone know if "VOLTAGE" appears in

any other books?

According to Overstreet, issue #1 was the intro/origin of VOLTAGE,

"Man of Lighting".

It's interesting that no one ever picked up the "VOLTAGE" character.
