First ever sketch opportunity from Jason Adams UPDATE 12/13

Ok guys, I'm going to give this a go. I've been in contact with the guys at CGC and I'm going to try to facilitate this myself and do the submission myself. If a seasoned veteran wants to step in and facilitate this for me since I am bound to screw this up somehow drop me a PM. But I want to get the ball rolling.

 

If I am doing this wrong, please let me know. I'm a rookie at this right now. Hopefully this is something I can do a couple of times a year if it goes smoothly.

 

I need a minimum of 10 to get this started. Payment will be required up front as I am paying the grading fees out of this as well.

 

Once everything is settled and ready to go, I'll submit all the books at the same time.

 

Rates are as follows, and include CGC Modern submission & CGC Invoice Fee costs:

 

Bust- Hand painted $100

Full Figure- Hand painted $120

(cover of book only, if you want something that will span the entire book we can easily work something out for a small additional amount)

Other fees include:

 

Fast track (if desired) $10

 

Since I am doing it myself, the books will have to go to CGC to be graded, then back to me, then shipped to you. I'll ship via FedEx and provide tracking information if necessary.

 

I have some blanks available, PM if you need one. I will inventory my current blanks and get a list up later tonight. I'll see what I have laying around that I don't have photos of and add a few photos later tonight as well.

 

A few examples of what I've done in the past. Each book will be hand painted. Individually, not screen print. Not run through any sort of machine.

***UPDATE***

 

I've made the decision to postpone this opp for the time being. I've a couple of sketchcard gigs upcoming in the near future and I have a small show in January to prepare for.

 

I've not made a decision on any other shows for 2013, but there are a couple I may attend. I'll update when I know more.
