I get Hulk vs Thing or Hulk vs Thor being stand-out battles. But Hulk vs Daredevil? I don’t get what the drive is for the price. It used to be considered a low distribution issue, but I don’t think that has any bearing on it now. I think it’s just that hulk battles are somewhat more popular faster friends
Broke as a Joke
Daredevil 163 is just harder to find in ultra high grade due to the infamous Star Trek back cover. Look at other books with that same back cover and you will find a pattern of low census 9.8's. March 1980. jimjum12 and comic_memories 1

It's a single-panel cameo (in a flashback) but she's identified as Belit. Her first full appearance is in Conan #58. I wonder which one the speculators/investors will gravitate toward. Belit does appear on the cover of Conan #58, which weighs in its favor, I think. She's not pictured in GS Conan 1 at all. There is a dream sequence in which Conan recounts women who have been In his life. Her name (and Valeria's) sees print as a Conan musing, but the woman in the panel is a blonde, most likely Valeria. I sold the dang book and can't find my old post of the image but it's on here somewhere aardvark88 and jimjum12

Is a mention even a cameo? Either way, it'd be nice to see the corrected notation for #58 for historical purposes.

comixry
For Conan #58, CGC just says "Belit appearance". Another eBay listing (kinda blurry). Readcomix

The caption box is ambiguous, compared to the picture. The woman really could be either Belit or Valeria. The only reason we're supposed to assume it's Belit is because Conan clearly references both the hill-panther and Red Sonja, and being named first in the caption box, we could be led to believe that this woman is Belit. Even though she doesn't look anything like her later appearances. Maybe the dude with the eyepatch reinforces the pirate aspect of her background. I'm disappointed in how lame this is. I do have GSC1 and Conan 58, haven't read them in a really long time. I feel like unless Roy Thomas himself clarifies otherwise (and maybe he already has) it will be difficult to persuade people that GSC1 isn't her first appearance.
