2013 goals? How did you fare?

I actually posted that I wanted to buy one key piece of OA for 2013. I was locked on anything definite but threw out a Breyfogle Detective cover, Colan DD splash, or an Adam's Batman cover. I ended up buying this which was very key to me :)

2013 COLLECTING GOALS:

 

1. Sell nearly ALL of my raw books and seriously thin out my slabs - FAIL, it's grown exponentially!

 

2. Sell nearly ALL of my sports card collection - FAIL

 

3. Find nice copies of these books:

 

-- X-MEN #1 CGC 3.0-4.0 OW/W + - FAIL

 

-- Action Comics #242 CGC 4.0-5.0 CGC OW + ^^Snagged a CGC 5.0 OWW

 

-- Detective Comics #225 CGC 3.0-4.0 OW + ^^Snagged a CGC 5.0 OWW

 

-- Superboy #68 CGC 5.0-7.0 OW + Pulled in 2 a CGC 3.0 copies. Still looking for a nice 6.0-7.0

 

-- Batman #121 CGC 5.0-6.0 OW + ^^Snagged a CGC 6.0 OWW

 

-- Famous Funnies Frazetta's in CGC 4.0-6.0 ^^Pulled in 3 copies for my run

 

4. Slowly upgrade my SA and BA keys ^^Upgraded a few

 

5. Submit my final batch of books to CGC and get them back before the end of the year... :wish luck: ^^
