As regular readers will recall, one of my chief concerns has recently been for Lija and her daughter Zoa.

Lija had been married off young to a boy that did not love her.

The in-laws had abused her, so eventually she returned home. Only for the in-laws to turn up and demand the baby.

None of us will of course allow this to happen, and Lija continues with the computer course I put her on. Eventually she will find a job, and take care of Zoa through her own efforts.
