Ha, all great questions. Guess I'm used to just having all that stuff in my templated eBay listings.

 

You can find me on eBay as user "rygriffin333", if that is helpful as far as references. And I will accept PayPal only, but hopefully that isn't a huge issue for most folks around here.

 

In terms of pictures, did a few quickie uploads for you...literally got these from CGC today, so I had to take the pics. When they appeared in the the thread, they were ENORMOUS, so I just included the links here (hope that's ok):
