How do I grade old Hard Cover comics? (ca 1926-1930)

Hello all,

 

I just recently bought five hard cover comics (strip collections) at an antique store. They seem in good condition, especially compared to other books of the era, but I've learned in the comic-game every little thing is a big deal.

 

Are there any good resources I can look into? (preferably with reference pictures)

 

FYI, they are Reg'lar Fellers, Smitty, and 3 Orphan Annie books, one with a dust jacket.
